365 Checklist

This checkoff list is three hundred and sixty five days of bubbles to check off to get to your goal!

Right now, for me it is to meditate and do yoga everyday for a year. Yoga is good for not only increasing flexibility, posture, strength, blood flow, but it is good for your overall focus on the present.
